Sending your photos
Upload them during checkout, or simply reply to your Stripe receipt email with 1–3 clear, unfiltered photos attached. Your 48-hour delivery window starts when your photos arrive.
My delivery link expired
Delivery links stay live for 30 days. If yours has lapsed, email us and we'll send a fresh one. Note that finished files are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery for your privacy — if that window has passed, we may need to regenerate your order.
Requesting your revision
Every order includes one revision round. Reply to your delivery email and tell us what to adjust — different style emphasis, background, or a rerun for better likeness.
Refunds
Orders are non-refundable once generation has begun, and every order carries our likeness guarantee — at least one photo with strong facial likeness, or we rerun it free. Full details in the Terms of Service.
Payment questions
Payments are processed by Stripe; your receipt comes from them. For a copy of a receipt or a billing question, email us with the name and email used at checkout.
Privacy & photo deletion
