The service
For a one-time payment of $89, we deliver 5 professional AI-generated headshots based on reference photos you provide: 3 style selections, a LinkedIn-optimized crop, high-resolution files, and delivery to your inbox within 48 hours of receiving your photos. Every order is personally reviewed and curated by a photography professional before delivery, and includes one revision round.
What we need from you
- You confirm you own or have the right to use every photo you submit, and that the photos are of you (or of someone who has authorized the order).
- You're 18 or older, or ordering with a guardian's consent.
- Clear, well-lit, unfiltered reference photos — accuracy of the results depends on them.
AI disclosure & likeness
Your headshots are generated by AI from your reference photos and then human-reviewed — results naturally vary. We guarantee that at least one delivered photo achieves strong facial likeness; if none do, we'll rerun your strongest style at no charge as your included revision.
Usage rights
Delivered headshots are yours, with full personal and commercial usage rights — LinkedIn, websites, press, wherever. We claim no ongoing rights over them and won't use them in our marketing without your explicit permission.
Revisions & refunds
- Every order includes one free revision round — reply to your delivery email with what you'd like adjusted.
- Because generation begins shortly after your photos arrive, orders are non-refundable once generation has begun.
- If we can't produce results meeting the likeness guarantee even after revision, contact us — making it right may include a refund at our discretion.
Delivery
Finished headshots arrive via a private link valid for 30 days — download and store them safely. Files are automatically deleted afterward (see the Privacy Policy for the full data schedule). Need a fresh link later? Just ask.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
The boring-but-necessary part
The service is provided by Motion Visual Media, Charlotte, North Carolina, and these terms are governed by North Carolina law. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion (for example, photos we can't work with or content that violates someone else's rights). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
